Presenter Guidelines

Abstracts: 2.000 characters in English

Talks and posters will be selected by the symposium organizers.

Oral presentations:

• 12 + 3 minutes for invited speaker,
• 12 + 3 minutes for selected talks
• Please prepare your presentation in .ppt, .pptx
• Make sure to bring your presentation file written on a USB flash drive. Presenters are kindly requested to give their presentation file to the technicians in the presentation room preferably half a day before the beginning of the corresponding session.

Poster presentations:

• All posters must be prepared in English.
• All posters must be displayed in PORTRAIT (vertical) format.
• Poster boards will accommodate A0 size posters.
